JGD Semiconductor Co., Ltd.(JGD) was established in 1990, which locates at Tongxin Industrial Park, Jinan Hi- tech Development Zone, Shandong Province, China. Its predecessor is Jinan No.1 Semiconductor Factory with 25 years’ Military-Industrial history. JGD has grown from its beginnings as a local manufacturer, to a global company in semiconductor industry. Recognized for more than 51 years for its core competence in semiconductor rectifiers, JGD has expanded its product portfolio to the area of Rectifier, Diode, Transistor, MOSFETS, Protection Device etc., and now has been able to provide a complete solution from German and Chinese research and development teams.
